Yafa Relief Delivers Lifesaving Water Through ‘Water is Life’ Campaign in Gaza

In response to the escalating water crisis in Gaza, Yafa Relief has intensified its humanitarian efforts through the “Water is Life” campaign, delivering safe drinking water to families facing severe shortages.

The campaign addresses one of Gaza’s most pressing needs — access to clean water. Prolonged infrastructure damage, chronic electricity outages, and fuel shortages have left thousands of households without safe water for drinking, cooking, or sanitation. In some areas, families survive on a fraction of the daily water requirement recommended by the World Health Organization.

Through coordinated field operations, Yafa Relief teams distributed thousands of liters of clean water to displaced families and vulnerable communities across Gaza. The delivery was carried out using mobile water tanks and bottled supplies, ensuring access even in hard-to-reach areas.
